Welcome to Tennessee Virtual Academy!
Choosing the right educational experience for your child is an important decision, and we are honored that families across Tennessee consider TNVA as a partner in their child’s education. As a statewide public virtual school, Tennessee Virtual Academy provides students with an innovative and engaging learning experience designed to support each student’s unique needs while preparing them for success in school and beyond.
At TNVA, our students are supported by a dedicated team of Tennessee-licensed teachers, administrators, and staff who are deeply committed to student achievement and growth. Through high-quality curriculum, meaningful instruction, ongoing progress monitoring, and personalized support, we work alongside students and families to create a learning environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
This year, our work is guided by a simple but powerful focus: P.A.W. — Possibilities, Academic Excellence, and Working Together. We believe every student has limitless possibilities, and it is our responsibility to help them discover and achieve their potential. We remain committed to academic excellence by providing rigorous instruction, high expectations, and meaningful support, while recognizing that the greatest success comes from working together as students, families, educators, and community partners.
As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, TNVA is On the Rise. Our leadership team remains focused on strengthening academic achievement, accelerating student growth, enhancing communication, and building meaningful relationships throughout our school community. We have also transitioned to a grade-level-focused leadership structure to provide greater alignment in communication, instructional support, collaboration, and leadership across each grade span, ensuring that every student and family receives the support they need.
We are incredibly proud of the TNVA community and the students, families, educators, and staff who make our school so special.
